What is an 0845 number?
An 0845 number is a local rate number. The caller always pays the local call price when phoning within the UK. You pay 3p per minute.
0845 numbers numbers gives you a national rather than a local or regional presence and all your callers pay the same wherever they in the UK. Use 0845 numbers where you don't want to fully subsidise all of your collective callers charges but don't mind paying some of the charges, especially where callers would otherwise incur a national rate charge.
The same 0845 number can follow you to anywhere in the UK - you do not need to change your contact number even if you move your premises. This is a huge saving on re-printing headed paper and business cards, also ensuring no orders will be missed during the move.

Does the 0845 number replace my existing BT
No. Your existing BT number will be retained - both numbers can work at the same time. That means if someone is not aware of your new marketing number and still calling you on your BT number, the call will still get through to you.
How do 0845
You choose your new number, and this number is 'pointed' or 're-directed' to one of your existing 'target' telephone numbers. Your existing number will work as it always has, you simply now have two numbers that ring the same line.
Are the 0845 numbers registered to me?
Yes, All 0845 telephone numbers are registered in your name. The number will stay with you for as long as you want to use it.
How much do callers pay to ring an 0845 number?
Callers will be charged Local rate (3.95p/1.5p/1p/min. Day/Night/Weekend incl. VAT) when calling from a BT landline (Mobiles may vary between mobile phone operators).
Can I have more than one 0845 number?
Yes, you can have as many 0845 marketing numbers as you require.
I am an individual, or sole trader can I have an 0845 number?
Yes, although our ordering page asks for a company name you can put "individual" or "sole trader" down. Many individuals and sole traders use 0845 numbers so as not to give out their home number.

Yes, of course! When you enter the ordering page you will be presented with our current list of 0845 numbers. You can choose from within this list, we have hundreds of different 0800 numbers to choose from.

Yes! you can divert or 'point' to UK Landlines, Mobiles and 180 Countries Worldwide!
What else can my clever 0845 number do?
Through your online control panel you can instantly change the Target number that they divert to, as well as configure most of the following additional features:
Hunt group divert This allows you to enter different numbers to divert to. If the first number is busy, or if there is no answer, the second number will be tried. If the second number is busy, or if there is no answer, the third number will be tried etc. You also have the option to divert to a built-in voicemail facility if the first, second or third number is busy (or if there is no answer)
Built-in voicemail: This is a simple but effective voicemail system that can take a message if a target number is busy or if there is no answer. Messages left in the voice mailbox are automatically emailed to an email address of your choice (configurable through the online control panel) for playback on a PC using the Windows Media player (included as standard in most versions of Windows).
Automatic opening times: You can set different opening and closing times for your organisation for each day of the week. Calls received on your Non Geographic Number will automatically be diverted to the voicemail system out of these hours. Alternatively, out of hours calls can be diverted to a fourth target number.
